Sur Construction Private Limited Company has revealed that it plans to finish and hand over 2.07 billion birr (around 110 million US dollars) worth of road projects this year, which includes the 800 million birr 76 kilo meters asphalt concrete from Dedebit- Adi Remets in Tigray Region of Ethiopia.

The Addis Ababa City Administration revealed that during the past five years its revenue collection capacity has increased by more than three folds from 3.1 billion birr in May 2008 (around 170 million US dollars by exchange rate of that time) to 9.7 billion birr by the end of the last fiscal year 2011/12 (around 570 million US dollars by exchange rate of that time).
