Following the blast in Kampala, Uganda, which killed 74 people who were watching the World Cup final on Sunday evening, Ethiopia and government of the United States of America condemned the terrorist attack occurred .
The Ethiopian Foreign Affairs Minister said in its statement that Ethiopians are among the victims.It said the Ethiopian government will provide the necessary support to the government and people of Uganda in their activities to fight against terrorism.
The ministry wished solace to the bereaved families and called on the international community to condemn strongly the terrorist act.
US President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have also condemned Sunday's bomb attack.
In a message issued on behalf President Obama, Mike Hammer, NSC Spokesman,said: "The president is deeply saddened by the loss of life resulting from these deplorable and cowardly attacks, and sends his condolences to the people of Uganda and the loved ones of those who have been killed or injured. The United States is ready to provide any assistance requested by the Ugandan government."
"I am alive...I am survived...I was at the Ethiopian Village resturant when the bomb blast...the sound was deafening...pieces of human flesh was scattered on my cloth, eyegalss and body...I have seen at least eight people covered on a blood...so shocking and can not belive it happened a few meters away from me....ohhhhhhhhh GOD!!!!," said Tesfalem Weldyes,Ethiopian Journalist who is in Kampala for Ethiopian Environmental Journalist Association nine-month exchange program.
Blood and pieces of flesh littered the floor among overturned chairs at the scenes of the blasts, which went off as people watched the game between Spain and the Netherlands late Sunday.
Uganda's government spokesman said that the first blast occurred at the Ethiopian Village restaurant at 10:55 P.M. while two more blasts happened at the rugby field 20 minutes later."We have 64 dead and 65 injured. The nationalities of all the fatalities will be released later," national police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba said.
Media reports from Kampala stated that police feared an al-Qaida-linked Somali militant group was behind the attacks.
Police Chief Kale Kaihura said he suspected al-Shabab had carried out the attacks at the club and the Ethiopian restaurant. While a spokeswoman for the U.S. Embassy in Kampala confirmed that one US citizen is dead, meanwhile the number of Ethiopian causalities is not known so far.
The explosions came just two days after an al-Shabab commander, Sheik Muktar Robow, called for militants to attack sites in Uganda and Burundi - two nations that contribute troops to the African Union peacekeeping force in Somalia.
Uganda and Ethiopia are considered by al-Shabab as enemies of the Somali people for both support Shiek Sherif’s transitional government Somalia. Following the explosions al-Shabab commander in Mogadishu, Somalia, Sheik Yusuf Sheik Issa, told the Associated Press that he was happy with the attacks in Uganda.
"Uganda is one of our enemies. Whatever makes them cry makes us happy. May Allah's anger be upon those who are against us," he said refusing to confirm or deny that al-Shabab was responsible for the bombings.

We believe that a lot of the 2012 predictions were created to discredit revelations in the Bible. Moses wrote the first five books of the Bible (also known as the Torah). These five books are believed to contain secret codes put there by God himself. The odds are 10 million to 1 that the Bible Codes do not actually exist.
We also feel Wormwood (as referred to in the Bible) is the comet.
Two statements were found in the Bible Codes:
1. Comet 5772 (2012) Earth Annihilated
2. Comet It will be Crumbled I will Tear to pieces 2012
One suggests that a comet will hit earth in 2012 and the alternative suggests that the comet will be destroyed! (lets hope so anyway).
We hope that the second statement could mean that the comet is destroyed. However; there is a real fear that the second statement could mean the comet breaks up into multiple pieces before hitting the earth.
In order to believe that a 2012 comet is possible, you first have to believe that the Bible Codes (and the Bible for that matter) are in fact true/exist.
We think you might be pretty shocked at the credibility of the people who feel the Bible Codes are in fact true.
However; we also feel that they were placed in there to help and not hurt anyone. This could mean that if NASA (or any other space agency) believes that they are in fact true, then there is a possibility that the future could be altered.
Who knows what the US/Russia actually have sitting up in space right now? It’s possible that the comet has already been found and there is a team working to prevent it from hitting earth. Let’s hope so !
From what we understand, NASA is either tracking 90% of all NEOs or will be soon. The Near Earth Object Program is the website where NASA lists comets and asteroids that are being tracked.
Apparently, it is impossible for NASA or anyone else to find all of the asteroids and comets in our universe. But, we are encouraged that they continue to search for them.
